- Airquick apprenticeship programme
- Supported Apprenticeship – weekly day release up to and including HNC Level 4 courses
- Work with local schools and regularly take part in career days and work experience placements
- On going training for all new and existing employees in H&S, First-Aid, Site specific Training, PTS, FORS and driver training, Confined Space, PASMA & IPAF
- Continued individual career development – Airquick support requests for distance learning options for staff to develop/ advance into areas they either work in or would like to progress into.
